Overview of Application
The ZMJ series mold incubator can set corresponding temperature and humidity in a sealed space, making it suitable for experiments involving mold and other eukaryotic microorganisms. Most mold cultures require maintaining a certain level of humidity to accelerate their reproduction artificially. It is widely used in universities, pharmaceuticals, military, chemical industries, and biological research departments. It primarily serves for BOD determination, water body analysis, storage of microbial strains, mold and microbial culture, and essential testing equipment for scientific experiments. It can also be used to test and evaluate parameters and performance after changes in wet heat temperature environments, assessing the anti-mold capability and degree of mold growth of electronic products.

- Utilizes a through-flow fan for uniform air distribution, optimizing internal airflow patterns to ensure air circulation and temperature uniformity within the chamber;
- Features parameter memory and power recovery functions, ensuring data retention during power outages or system crashes;
- Allows setting temperature alarm points according to experimental needs; if the temperature exceeds the set value, the device will automatically alarm;
- Employs modular refrigeration units with startup delay and shutdown interval protection features, effectively extending the compressor lifespan;
- Standardized sterilization system allows periodic disinfection of the interior, killing airborne bacteria in the circulating air, thus effectively preventing contamination during cell culture;
- Humidity sensors use branded components, and humidification parts use smart atomizers, providing large-capacity humidification water (standard for II series).
