Automatic auger powder filling machine is design for the powder with lot dust. Adopt the load cell and filling by weight. Meet the requirement of high accuracy packing. It consists of the Weighing and Filling Head, an independent motorized chain conveyor mounted on a stable frame base. The machine suitable for packing additives, toner, fire extinguisher powder, and other ultra-fine powder.
Automatic auger powder filling machine deliver a precise weight control and consistent flow for fine and granular products.These augers can measure and fill accurate weights for most free and non free flow products.
They are suitable for products with fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like milk powder, Albumen powder, rice powder, coffee powder, solid drink, condiment, food additive, fodder, pharmaceuticals, and so on.
Main features
1. Automatic auger powder filling machine adopt Servo motor drives auger, seperate motor for stir.
2. With Siemens PLC, Teco servo drive and motor, Siemens full color HMI
3. Equipped with load cell with high sensitive weighing system. Make sure the high filling accuracy.
4. Two speed filling, quick filling and slow filling. Slow fills when weight approaches and just stops when it reachs.
5. Working process: Process: Container in → container raise → fast filling，container declines → weight reaches the pre-set number → slow filling → weight reaches the goal number → container out.
6. Filling nozzle dives deep into Container bottom. Container slowly descends as filling, so weight is less affect by inertia and less dusty
7. Servo motor drives up-down platform, machine with lift function to avoid the dust fly.
8. Two filling modes can be inter-changeable,fill by volume or fill by weight.Fill by volume featured with high speed but low accuracy.Fill by weight featured with high accuracy but low speed.
