Description

CHP75B vanadium catalysts are high performance catalysts developed and produced by Guizhou Wylton Catalyst Technology Co., Ltd. They are the vanadium catalysts used for the oxidation of sulfur dioxide to make sulfuric acid.

It is our unique making process that makes the diatomaceous earth as catalyst’s support maintain its structure integrity, and thereby the active components can disperse into the earth’s micropores uniformly and the pore radius thus distributes in a more wide range.

With imported diatomaceous earth as supports, our CHP75 catalysts have more brilliant porosity and larger surface area, making the catalysts show better in activity, bulk density and pressure drop.

All those unique features including special making process, special active components and excellent imported supports etc. ensure that the final catalysts can provide longer service life, wider screening span and less screening loss. In normal operating conditions, the catalyst’s service life is 8 to 15 years, the screening cycle is 2 to 5 years, and the screening loss is 10~15%.

With the broad compatibility for various raw materials, scales and processes of sulfuric acid plants, CHP and VCs series can help to meet the requirements of increasingly stringent sulfur dioxide emission and then guarantee the stable and long operating cycle of sulfuric acid plants.


Performance

Our unique formulation contributes to CHP75B catalysts with better surface area, larger porosity and higher activity, upon which the loading quantity, pressure drop and energy consumption can be reduced greatly. Furthermore, the longer service life can help extend the acid plant’s operating cycle and meet the requirements of tail gas emission. Its is designed mainly to be used for passes 1 and 2 before the first absorption or for pass 1 after the first absorption.
