1. Sulfuric Acid Project Management
Economic evaluation of project construction, evaluation of process technology route, supervision of plant construction engineering, documentation of plant trial operation plan, plant optimization after trial operation, plant operation fault diagnosis, economic evaluation during plant operation, documentation of plant maintenance plan & upgrading of plant capacity, etc.
2. Process Operation Training
Practical operation & management skills training for production operators, technical engineers and managers. With OTS training system, highly simulates the sulfuric acid production site and true faults. After two or three weeks’ training, the trainee’s skill level can be almost same as who has been practiced for 2~3 years.
3. New Acid Plant Commissioning
Shutdown hot state & cold state maintenance, equipment overhaul, professional acid-related maintenance, optimization & customization for equipment & spare parts.
4. Acid Plant Operation Contracting
Plant fully managed operation & maintenance services (contracting production operation and daily maintenance of equipment), scheduled overhaul for equipment and electrical instruments.
