The parts that need to be cleaned are equipped with quick change devices, which are easy to disassemble and cleanworking principle:Working process of eye drops filling and capping machine;The plastic bottles are output by an automatic bottle sorting machine and transported to the bottle loading station by a conveyor belt. The positioning mold turntable developed according to the bottle shape accurately positions the bottles on the dividing plate inside the mold. The bottles flow along with the dividing plate at various workstations. At the filling station, the material cylinder eye drops are injected into the bottle through the filling head under constant gas source pressure. Fill twice at two filling stations. At the capping station, the capping robot presses the inner stopper conveyed by the vibrating plate into the bottle mouth. At the capping station, the capping robot arm carries the caps from the vibrating disc onto the bottles and tightens the caps with the capping head.
