DY-XJY02 Automatic verification system for temperature and humidity test equipment, the verification/calibration system is mainly used for constant temperature and humidity box (room), high and low temperature test box, drying box, incubator, cement curing box, water bath, box resistance furnace, Muffle furnace...... Verification or calibration of temperature and relative humidity parameters of temperature and humidity test equipment.
Product features:
The device is composed of automatic detection device, signal collector, main control chip, system software, etc. It can be automatically detected by computer or offline detection, and has data storage function. The device is configured with 7-inch touch screen operation, and the capacitive touch screen is used to realize its configuration and real-time data display. The complete operation and management function of the upper computer can facilitate users to observe and record and calibrate the temperature and humidity data in real time.
Ø The device can calculate the temperature deviation, volatility and uniformity according to the requirements of the specification, and regularly correct the deviation, directly generate records and certificates and print them to improve work efficiency.
Ø Beautiful appearance, easy to carry, suitable for inspection and carrying. The operating software interface is clear and easy to operate.
The device has 24 temperature test channels and 4 humidity test channels, which can be expanded according to customer needs. Imported humidity sensor is used to measure humidity, which has high reliability. The cold end of the thermocouple is equipped with a variety of compensation methods for users to choose.
Ø Cycle measurement interval, measurement times, measurement methods and other parameters can be set on the touch screen according to requirements.
Ø The device can communicate with desktop or laptop computer through RS232 in real time, and the calibration data can be exported by U disk to meet the needs of real-time measurement and real-time evaluation on site.
Ø All kinds of temperature measuring elements, can be used: thermocouple: S, K, N, E, J, T, thermal resistance: pt100, Cu100, Cu50; Temperature measurement range: -200℃~1600℃.
