1. Overview:

1.3. This system has the characteristics of fast occurrence speed, large gas production and good stability.

2. Purpose of combination:

It is used in combination with a cryogenic cold mirror dew-point instrument and a dew-point generator. Set up a verification system for low dew point transfer, which can be compared between dew point instruments and measured by resistance-capacitance dew point instrument (sensor type low temperature dew point instrument).

3. Principle:

The dew-point generator in this system can adjust the dew-point according to the principle of shunt method. The gas with different dew point temperature can be obtained through the different ratio relationship of dry and wet air, and the method can use multi-level split collocation according to the actual needs to produce the desired dew point value of the gas source. Our company provides a super dryer that can make the dew point occur below -80 ° C to provide a dry air source, so the dew point value can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of -80 ° C to 20 ° C, and can achieve full automatic and fast control.
