• Preparation

• 1.Choose the dough:

• Choose the right dough according to the production requirements. For example, for making noodles, you can choose to knead the dough with ordinary flour, water and appropriate amount of salt; for making dumpling wrappers, you can choose medium-gluten flour, etc. The dough should be kneaded until the surface is smooth and the hardness is moderate.

• 2.Cleaning the machine:

• Wipe the roller and other parts of the noodle press with a clean damp cloth before use to ensure that there is no debris left.

• Installation and debugging

• 1.Installation of parts:

• Install the various parts of the noodle press according to the instructions, and ensure that the noodle cutter, roller and other parts are firmly installed.

• 2.Adjust the roller gap:

• Adjust the roller gap of the noodle press to the maximum. Generally, the initial gap of a new machine is about 3-5 mm, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the hardness and actual needs of the dough.

Dough pressing operation

1.Initial rolling: 

Divide the kneaded dough into blocks of appropriate size, take a piece of dough and put it into the feed 

port of the noodle press, start the machine, and let the dough pass through the roller naturally. If the dough sticks,

 sprinkle some dry flour appropriately.

Repeated rolling: 

Take out the dough sheet that was pressed out for the first time, fold it in half and put it back into the feeding 

port of the dough press. Repeat the rolling operation 3-5 times to make the dough smoother and tougher.

 Each time you roll, you can adjust the gap between the rollers according to the state of the dough, and gradually

 reduce the gap, generally by 0.5-1 mm each time.

Cleaning and maintenance

1.Cleaning the machine:

After use, turn off the power in time. After the machine stops running, use a brush, wet cloth and other tools to 

clean the dough and flour left on the noodle press to ensure that the machine is clean and tidy. For some difficult-

to-clean parts, you can wipe them with a small amount of cooking oil and then wipe them dry with a clean cloth.

2.Storage:

Disassemble the cleaned noodle press parts and store them properly to avoid rust or damage to the parts
