Dough pressing operation
1.Initial rolling:
Divide the kneaded dough into blocks of appropriate size, take a piece of dough and put it into the feed
port of the noodle press, start the machine, and let the dough pass through the roller naturally. If the dough sticks,
sprinkle some dry flour appropriately.
Repeated rolling:
Take out the dough sheet that was pressed out for the first time, fold it in half and put it back into the feeding
port of the dough press. Repeat the rolling operation 3-5 times to make the dough smoother and tougher.
Each time you roll, you can adjust the gap between the rollers according to the state of the dough, and gradually
reduce the gap, generally by 0.5-1 mm each time.
Cleaning and maintenance
1.Cleaning the machine:
After use, turn off the power in time. After the machine stops running, use a brush, wet cloth and other tools to
clean the dough and flour left on the noodle press to ensure that the machine is clean and tidy. For some difficult-
to-clean parts, you can wipe them with a small amount of cooking oil and then wipe them dry with a clean cloth.
2.Storage:
Disassemble the cleaned noodle press parts and store them properly to avoid rust or damage to the parts
