Product classification description:
Vacuum impregnation machine is an equipment suitable for impregnation treatment of high-frequency and low-frequency transformers, inductor coils, motors, inductors, rectifiers, hardware castings, and C-type iron cores. It has the functions of improving the mechanical strength, insulation strength, moisture resistance, mold resistance, and noise reduction of coils. Resin filling for various metal film capacitors, vacuum degassing process for electrolytic capacitors, medium/small resin handicrafts, and vacuum degassing process for various plastic PU raw materials. Can improve product quality, reduce production costs, save and increase efficiency, and protect the environment. This equipment generally comes in dozens of varieties, including assembly type, bulk type, square cylinder type, single machine multi cylinder type, multi machine single cylinder type, and multi machine multi cylinder type.
The main functions of the vacuum immersion machine are as follows:
1. Place the object that needs to be immersed into the cylinder, close the cylinder head, and lock it with the cylinder head locking device.
2. Vacuum negative pressure, maintain pressure for a period of time; Press the liquid from the storage tank into the cylinder under atmospheric pressure, and close the inlet pipeline after the liquid reaches a certain height.
3. (Continue) Vacuum pumping: maintain pressure after reaching a certain negative pressure.
4. Balance (inhalation), open the suction (exhalation) port, and air naturally enters the cylinder under the action of atmospheric pressure, making the pressure inside the cylinder equal to the pressure outside the cylinder.
5. Apply positive pressure (mainly to allow the liquid in the cylinder to enter the object. Make the object in the cylinder evenly or fully immersed),
6. Exhaust (exhale and release), open (inhale) the exhalation port to allow the air inside the cylinder to exhale. The pressure reaches the same level as the outside of the cylinder block.
7. Pressure discharge, by adding positive pressure to completely press out the liquid in the cylinder, the discharge port is closed (maintain pressure in the cylinder)
8. Exhaust again to balance the pressure inside and outside the cylinder.
9. Drain the liquid and remove the object.
1) 3, 4, 5, 6. The working program can be repeated until the immersed object in the cylinder is evenly immersed.
2) The positive and negative pressure inside the cylinder body is determined according to customer requirements.
3) The maximum positive pressure inside the cylinder can reach 0.6MPa (6.12KG/CM); The maximum negative pressure can reach 1.02 × 10MPa.
4) The immersion efficiency and product quality have been greatly improved.
