The blower body is cast separately from the motor housing. Coil material is F-class enameled wire of Jintian with temperature resistance of 180 degrees, silicon steel sheet is 600, shaft is 45 # steel for straightening, aluminum alloy of ADc12 of motor housing and NSK bearing. Easy installation: The high-pressure fan can be installed in the place of use at any time for compressed air or vacuum pumping. And the high-pressure fan can be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction at will. High reliability The high-pressure fan has no other moving parts except the impeller, and the impeller is directly connected to the motor, and there is no gear or transmission belt to drive it, so the high-pressure fan has high reliability and almost no maintenance.
Maintenance methods of high-pressure fan: 1) The motor of high-pressure fan is directly connected to the impeller and belongs to high speed, and the bearing needs to be maintained regularly to prevent damage (including the bearing of the impeller). 2) The shaft power and pressure of the motor are in direct proportion. In order to prevent the shaft power from increasing and the motor load from being overloaded due to long-term extreme pressure, the pressure relief valve is often used, which is an unloading valve. When the service pressure of high-pressure fan exceeds the pressure set by the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open.
