Automatic lithium battery rolling and slitting machine is widely used forming equipment, it is used not only in lithium battery production lines, but also in other fields such as metal processing, building material processing, shipbuilding, aerospace, automation production lines, etc. With the continuous improvement of industrialization level, the application prospects of roller presses and slitting machines in the future are very broad.
Features
Full-automatic rolling and slitting machine is composed of double position automatic unwinding, automatic belt splicing, rolling, stretching and wrinkle removing, laser thickness measurement, slitting, CCD detection and marking, four work automatic winding, etc. it can realize wide width, large coil diameter, high speed, full-automatic continuous rolling production without stopping machine by docking with AGV.
Stretching device: used to eliminate the wavy edge produced in the rolling process of continuous or continuous strip coating electrode. Tension control: PLC + low friction cylinder + servo motor closed loop tension adjustment, digital display, four section tension control. Laser thickness measurement: communication with hydraulic system, real-time automatic adjustment of roller press pressure, closed-loop control.
Slitting group: Cut multiple continuous coated polarizer strips into 2-4 strips longitudinally after pressing, winding form: two sets of two axis turntable type four station automatic winding method.
winding shaft: 6-inch cantilevered air expansion slip shaft, maximum load capacity: 900kg.
