Product Introduction:
CXZ-II sanitary ceramic flushing test device adopts frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device, which is automatically controlled, and has the characteristics of easy operation and accurate test. It is mainly used to test the flushing performance of sanitary ceramic toilets, squatting toilets and urinals.
(1) Test pressure: 0.05~0.55MPa
(2) Water consumption: 3~11 L/time
(3) Outlet pipe diameter: φ 20 mm, φ40 mm
(4) Dimensions (L×W×H): 2300×1800×890(mm)
(5) Power supply: AC 380V 50Hz
(6) The instrument is controlled by intelligent touch screen computer, which is easy to operate.
The test device is mainly composed of electrical cabinet, test chamber, water supply system and control system.
CXZ type sanitary ceramics flushing test device adopts frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device. After the test starts, the pressure and flow signals of the flushing water flow are detected by the pressure sensor and the flow sensor installed on the outlet pipe, and fed back to the control system, which compares the feedback signal with the set signal and adjusts the water supply output of the system according to the actual situation. At the same time, the water consumption of the sample is weighed with an electronic scale, so as to realize the detection of the flushing performance of sanitary ware.
