Working Principle :
WL serious metal double shaft shredder is mainly composed of a moving knife roller (spindle + blade), stator-Cutter, a carrying box, box support, a feeding system, a hydraulic push system, a power system, and an electrical control system. Due to its low speed and high torque, it is available for harder or bulkier materials, such as wood, tires, and waste appliances.Our double shaft shredders have the following features:
1-The blade is made of the high alloy H13 9SiCr, which has high strength and toughness and is difficult to break.
2-The cutter of the K-rotor and D-rotor are made of H13, and the main body is made of killed steel.
