The main body of the ADSS optical cable down clamp is made of corrosion-resistant and weather resistant EPDM rubber, which is used for fixing ADSS on towers. It is suitable for different cable diameters. The rubber type is used for ADSS optical cables, divided into pole and tower types, with convenient and reliable installation and wide adjustable range. The function is to fix the ADSS optical cable led up or down from the tower to the tower, preventing it from shaking and avoiding cable wear.
Usage method1.Used for fixing optical cables during cable down and jump connections, one set should be installed every 1.5-2.0 meters of optical cable.
2.Adjustments can be made according to the actual usage environment. If encountering harsh environments, the number of wire clamps can be appropriately increased.
Ordering Noticea.Corresponding optical cable diameter or model needs to be provided.
b.The down conductor clamp is divided into two types: pole and tower. If it is used for poles, the pole diameter needs to be provided.
c.If used in ordinary small circuits, hollow steel strip ADSS down line clamp can also be selected.
Usage conditionsThe fixing function of the optical cable line and the first and last towers at the optical cable joint pole (tower) is to guide the optical cable from the clamping fittings to the installation of the splice protection box; The fixing of optical cables from towers to underground pipelines, cable trenches, direct burial, and entry into machine rooms to avoid friction between optical cables and towers or other objects under the influence of wind, in order to protect the safety of optical cables.
Installation method1. The pole is connected to the pole using a down lead clamp using a 304 stainless steel band clamp. The steel band clamp is installed on the pole, and then the rubber clamp is installed on the steel band to complete the installation.
2. The down conductor clamp for the tower is connected to the iron tower angle steel through hot-dip galvanized U-shaped parts. The hot-dip galvanized U-shaped parts are fastened to the iron tower angle steel, and then the rubber clamp block is installed on the U-shaped parts to complete the installation.
