Carton Packaging Machine w/Doypack Collator for Pouches | Case Packer
This stand-up pouch carton packaging machine is designed for organizing doypack pouches and packaging them into carton boxes according to preset packing patterns. The carton packaging machine consists of a carton erector, a pouch loader, and a carton sealer. It erects fold-flat carton blanks, seals the bottoms, and conveys the cartons to the pouch loader. The pouch collator includes a buffering belt conveyor, an acceleration belt conveyor, a dual-servo collator, a servo side pusher, a buffering storage unit, and an electrical controller. It organizes pouches into layers one at a time, stacks them with interlayer partition boards if more than one row in a box is required, and delivers them to the loading funnel, where the pouches are inserted into the formed box. The loaded box is then conveyed to the carton sealer to be sealed at the top.
The pouch collator organizes products seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. It is designed to handle pouches of up to 1 liter or 1 kilogram with precision, minimizing errors and enhancing output. The carton packaging machine automates the processes of carton erecting, pouch loading, and carton sealing, ensuring consistent and reliable packing. Together, these systems enhance productivity and reduce operational costs, empowering your business to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
