DSC-100MLN Differential Scanning Calorimetry Introduction


Thermal analysis of the classical differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) as a heat effect of the temperature-controllable program, it has been widely used in various occasions such as research and development, process optimization, quality inspection and failure analysis in various materials and chemical fields. By DSC method, we can study the phase transition of inorganic materials, the melting and crystallization processes of polymer materials, the polymorphism of drugs, the solid/liquid phase ratio of foods such as oils and fats, etc. Such analyzers can be used for measuring physical and chemical changes related to calorimetry, like glass-transition temperature, melting point, melting temperature, crystallization and heat of crystallization, heat of phase transition, thermal stability, curing (crosslinking reactions) and oxidative-induction time (OIT) etc.


DSC-100MLN Differential Scanning Calorimetry Features


1. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has good repeatability and high accuracy, and is especially suitable for specific heat measurement.

2. Self-developed constant temperature controller; constant temperature gas chromatography and mass spectrometry connectors; constant temperature belt; can fully ensure the secondary detection of tar and various reaction gases.

3. The integrated design of the analyzer integrates the temperature control and furnace device into one, which can reduce signal loss and interference.

4. The two-way atmosphere control system uses a mass flow controller (MFC); during the measurement process, the two-way air intake mode can be selected, and the software settings will be switched automatically.

5. The instrument is equipped with standard materials, and users can calibrate each temperature range by themselves to reduce instrument errors.

6. Intelligent software design, automatic drawing during testing process, software can realize various data processing like thermal enthalpy calculation, glass transition temperature, oxidation induction time (OIT), melting point and crystallization etc.

7. The large-screen LCD displays the status and data of the instrument in real time. There are two sets of thermocouples. One set of thermocouples displays the furnace temperature in real time (whether the heating furnace is working or not) and the other set of thermocouples displays the sample temperature during operation.

8. The analyzer is equipped with RS232 and USB interfaces, the intelligent software to realize automatic program control and settings.

9. The analyzer can be controlled by software through remote assist, to realize operation, calibration, adjustment, and maintenance.
