Cryogenic Globe Valve For Turbo Expander Inlet and Outlet Line is a type of globe valve for low termperature medium such as LO2,LN2,O2,N2 etc .
It adopts a straight-through valve body and cut off the medium flow by the disc moves up or down. The valve stem is designed as extended type as required .

1.Extended type valve bonnet of this cryogenic globe valve is designed to protect good sealing performance of packing gland . This is key technology for cryogenic globe valve.
2.As changing of temperature ,valve body and valve seat will expand or shrink . Suitable valve materials are selected to suitable for temperature change .
3.The valve seat sturcture is special designed to against permanent deformation .
4. The length of valve bonnet is designed as different working temperature ,and the temperature of packing gland will be more than 0 degree .
5. If packing ,stem and packing gland accor moving interference , it will damage the packing gland and occur leakage .So the surface of valve stem has been hard treatment to improve the hardness .
