Perfect Laser’s PEDB-510 is an ccd camera fiber laser marker machine with electric shifting platform and Zeus CCD camera auto vision positioning system.
The positioning accuracy can reach to 0.02mm.
It can complete the automatic positioning marking, more suitable for a variety of high-precision instruments which need auto-positioning, such as:, circuit board marking, chip marking, deep marking, dot marking, etc.
The marked items can be placed at will within the inclination of ± 20. It’s very easy to operate.
1. This ccd camera fiber laser marker machine with electric shift platform and Zeus ccd camera auto vision positioning marking system, the marked items can be placed within the tilt ± 20 in the workbench, and the operation is easier.
2. The software can divide the marking area automatically during marking, and finally the marking content can be marked accurately and evenly tiled on the work-pieces, which is suitable for dense and tiny marking, such as dot marking and laser punching, etc.
3. The fiber laser marking machine will not produce any energy loss and wearing parts during operation.
4. This ccd camera fiber laser marker machine adopts fully enclosed protection cover, which comply with the environmental protection standards. It also adopts the air purifier, in line with European CE standards.
5. The electronic shifting marking platform is equipped with an XY servo-motor moving system. The marking platform can be customized from 200x200mm to 400x400mm. The working format can be customized.
6. Support AI, BMP, DST, DWG, DXF, DXP, LAS, PLT and many other picture formats.
7. The ccd camera fiber laser marker machine has higher heat resistance, high conversion efficiency and high output quality.
