Brief introduction of equipment functions:
It is mainly used in the wiping process of the overflowing electrolyte around the injection hole of the whole tray in the formation section. The dust-free cloth combined with DMC solvent is used to wipe and absorb the electrolyte in the liquid state. The pallet is transported through the logistics line to the inside of the equipment, and then the entire pallet is blocked and positioned. The first time is to dry wipe around the injection hole, the second time is to rotate the wet wipe step of the injection hole, the third time is to dry wipe around the injection hole. The positive and negative rotation method is used when wiping the step of the injection hole, and the back-and-forth method is used when wiping around the injection hole.
