PU tooling board, also named polyurethane board or urethane modelling and tooling board, is a material used mainly for making prototype, patterns, model,checking fixtures,vacuum forming mold,stamping mould.
In general, PU Tooling Board is made from hollow glass microspheres, PU resins,PU hardeners,aluminum power and other fillers. The fillers vary according to different density and other character.
They are widely used for new mold, model, gauge, fixture in the field of Automotive, Aerospace, Shipbuilding industry, Wind power, Household.appliances, Toys,Ceramics,etc.
