100kg Meat Harmless Treatment Equipment Processing Capacity Description: Processing capacity: 100kg/batch Daily processing capacity: 200kg - 300kg
1. Processing time: 3 - 4h Note: Calculated based on a 12-hour working day, 3 batches can be processed per day (100kg * 3 = 300kg). 200kg - 300kg can be processed per day. (Taking the treatment of dead pigs as an example, calculated based on about 100kg per pig, 300kg ÷ 100kg = 3 pigs. The 100kg wetting machine can handle about 2 - 3 pigs per day.)
2. In case of epidemic situation: In the case of a major epidemic, this equipment can operate at full load continuously, and the processing capacity is doubled, and it can work at full load.
3. Treated materials: After high-temperature treatment, the materials can be composted and used as raw materials for organic fertilizers, or sent to biogas digesters for fermentation, or treated together with animal feces.
4. Exhaust: After the treatment, the pressure is released and the exhaust gas is filtered by the deodorizer and can be directly discharged into the air without causing secondary pollution.
Harmless Treatment Equipment Operating Procedures:
1. The carcasses of diseased livestock are subjected to surface treatment in the wetting preparation room. Treatment methods include: pool immersion or ultraviolet light, etc. Ordinary diseased livestock carcasses are segmented, and then prepared for wetting. In the case of major epidemic diseased livestock carcasses, they are not segmented, and the whole is prepared for wetting.
2. The diseased livestock carcasses or carcass pieces to be wetted are transported into the wetting machine with a transport vehicle, the machine door is closed, the manual interlock is closed at the same time, and 0.3Mpa compressed air is injected into the machine door sealing ring to seal the wetting machine. Then, check whether all valves of the wetting machine are completely closed. After checking, turn on the power supply of the distribution box, set the wetting temperature through the temperature controller (generally about 150°C), then inject steam into the wetting machine, and at the same time, open the exhaust valve. After about 3 minutes, the cold air in the machine is discharged and the exhaust valve is closed for wetting. Under the high pressure of 0.55Mpa and the high temperature of 150°C, after a period of time, the wetting is completed (the wetting time is adjusted by the operator according to the size and quantity of the treated objects in the machine). At this time, the silencer valve of the deodorizer needs to be opened first, and then the exhaust valve of the wetting machine is opened to release the pressure. When the pressure is released to below 0.02Mpa, the exhaust valve is closed to stop the pressure release.
3. Gradually open the valve between the wetting machine and the oil-water separator, and transfer the wetted oil-water mixture into the oil-water separator, and then close the valve and let the oil-water mixture stand for more than 1 hour. Open the exhaust valve of the wetting machine again to release the pressure in the wetting machine, and then open the manual safety interlock, open the machine door, and transport the wetted residue out.
4. One hour after the wetting is completed, open the water discharge valve of the oil-water separator to discharge the wastewater. After the oil-water boundary is 1cm lower than the oil discharge port, close the water discharge valve.
5. Open the oil discharge valve of the oil-water separator, and let the separated oil flow into the container for storage and sale.
