The slaughtering waste treatment equipment - wetting machine, developed and produced by Zhucheng Dejun Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., can handle diseased and dead pigs, chickens, ducks and other diseased livestock and poultry. It is widely used in pig farms, chicken farms, duck farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, meat processing factories and other units.
Applicable scope of harmless treatment equipment
1. It is capable of carrying out harmless treatment of meat and its products of pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, donkeys,,, rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese and other animals that are suffering from diseases, insects and poisoning.
2. It is suitable for carrying out harmless treatment of the pathological tissues, organs and deteriorated and harmful products quarantined by the animal slaughterhouse.
3. It is suitable for carrying out harmless treatment of the slaughtering offal and glands of the animal slaughterhouse.
4. It is suitable for carrying out harmless treatment of the dead animals, animals with unknown causes of death and infected animal carcasses in animal breeding farms and isolation plants.
5. It is suitable for other animal carcasses and their products that need harmless treatment.
Suggestions for harmless treatment of dead livestock
1. Large-scale breeding farms should strictly carry out the harmless treatment of dead livestock in accordance with the animal harmless treatment procedures.
2. The harmless treatment of dead and animals with unknown causes of death should be carried out under the supervision of the animal health supervision agency.
3. The harmless treatment measures should be based on the principle of minimizing losses, protecting the environment, not polluting the air, soil and water sources.
4. The harmless treatment methods are generally high temperature, deep burial and destruction.
5. The harmless treatment site for deep burial should be in or near the breeding farm, away from residential areas, water sources, flood discharge areas and main traffic routes, and the technical disposal procedures for various dead and diseased poultry should be strictly implemented. The thickness of the covering soil layer of the pit should not be less than 1.5m, and quicklime should be laid at the bottom of the pit. The location and type of the pit should be conducive to flood control and avoiding animals from digging. After the poultry carcasses are placed in the pit, quicklime is sprinkled on them with a thickness of not less than 2cm, and then the soil is covered to be level with the surrounding. The filling soil should not be too solid to avoid gas bubbles and liquid leakage caused by the decomposition of the carcasses.
6. The contaminated feed, excreta and sundries and other items should also be sprayed with disinfectant and then buried together with the carcasses.
