Product Description
This series of sand remover is a comprehensive slurry treatment equipment. The equipment integrates impurity removal and purification, high frequency relief and grinding pulp. The machine can separate a variety of impurities and metal nails from the pulp, and do not cut off the fiber. It has many advantages, such as reduce the cost of production, improve the quality of the product, simplify the process, reduce the investment of the assets. It is the most ideal choice for papermaking factories with grass and waste paper as main raw materials.
The rotor and stator use a cylinder of four staircase hard alloy rotating stator. Under the same power consumption, the time of the pulp fiber is extended in the machine, and it is fully thinning grinding, swelling, and the silk broom, so it becomes soft and plastic.
