ZBH-01 Paper and Board Thickness Tester 

Application 

ZBH-01 Paper and Board Thickness Tester is used to measure the thickness of paper and board. It can measure the thickness of a single sheet of paper or board and the thickness of a pack of sheets of paper as a bulking thickness. It is not applicable to corrugated fibreboard. 

Description 

ZBH-01 Paper and Board Thickness Tester incorporates two plane, parallel, circular pressure faces, between which the paper or board is placed for measurement. The pressure exerted between the pressure faces during the thickness measurement is (100±10) KPa. 

The upper and lower two pressure faces form an integral part of the ZBH-01 Paper and Board Thickness Tester. The lower face is fixed (the anvil) and the upper face, with a diameter of (16±0.5) mm, i.e. nominally 200mm² in area, is movable in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the lower face. When it reads zero, the upper face is in full contact with the whole area of the lower face.
