CST-PC is a small-scale compression tester for testing the compressive strength and stacking strength of paper tubes. It can also be used for small carton, color boxes, paper pallets, paper tubes, paper drums and other paper products.
By testing the paper core compression, the following can be guaranteed.
● Ensure product safety: Ensure that the paper tube does not break or deform when under pressure, protecting the internal products from damage.
● Evaluate paper core/tube quality: Measure the mechanical properties of paper tubes, such as strength and stiffness, to reflect their overall quality level.
● Guide design and production: Test results provide optimization direction for paper tube desig and adjust production processes to improve performance.
Test PrincipleDuring the test, the sample preparation is required first. The paper tube to be tested is placed on the fixture of the test machine according to strict standards to ensure that the paper tube is stable and evenly stressed. This is important for ensuring the accuracy of the test results.
Subsequently, the upper plate of tester applies vertical pressure to the paper tube at a constant speed. At the same time, the high-precision pressure sensor monitors and records the changes in pressure values in real time. This process can intuitively reflect the mechanical behavior of the paper tube under pressure and provide reliable data support for evaluating its compressive performance.
