There is an exhaust valve on the top of the filter to remove the gas in the lubricating oil. The brazed cooler is made of high-quality stainless steel plates and is used for water-oil heat exchange. Lubrication device working The working oil pump provides pressure lubricating oil to the system. The lubricating oil passes through a single-tube double-precision filter and then reaches the temperature control valve. The temperature control valve controls the flow direction of the lubricating oil according to the temperature of the lubricating oil. When the temperature is less than 45°C, the lubricating oil directly enters the gearbox; when the temperature is ≥45°C, the temperature control valve starts to work so that the lubricating oil enters the gearbox after cooling through the cooler. A pressure sensor (set value 0-0.6bar adjustable) is installed at the inlet of the gearbox to check the pressure of the lubricating oil. The pump outlet is equipped with a relief valve. When the system pressure is ≥12bar, the relief valve opens and the oil returns to the gearbox/filter blockage will send a signal and need to be cleaned. When cleaning, make sure that the motor is not started and the solenoid valve is energized. Unplug the plug. If the filter element is damaged, the filter element must be replaced. After cleaning the filter, check the oil level and add enough oil if it is insufficient. If no blockage signal is received, clean the filter and filter element every six months. 1. Clean the air filter every 1000 hours under normal conditions, and clean the filter every 500 hours if the environment is bad, to ensure the normal operation of the fan. The impurities in the hydraulic oil in the filter of wind power generation are an important cause of hydraulic system failure. Because the presence of impurities can cause rapid wear and scratches of relatively moving parts, and damage the accuracy of the matching surface. When the particles are too large, the valve core will be stuck, the throttle valve throttle port and the damping holes will be blocked, causing the original parts to malfunction. Affect the working performance of the hydraulic system and make the hydraulic system unable to work. Therefore, keeping the hydraulic oil clean is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the hydraulic system. The filter can purify the impurities in the oil and control the pollution of the oil. Clean the hydraulic filter and air filter of the wind turbine.
