Formula

•  On the vulcanizing temperature, under the  effect of the white carbon black, the adhesive reaction characterized  by chemical bonding and inter molecular force is occurring between RT3103  and  framework  material  meanwhile the vulcanization reaction characterized by the structure of methylene bridge and oxy naphthalene       is occurring as well,

•  RT3103 is able to replace the resorcinol and R-80, which is uneasy to agglomerate in outside and no smoking when mixing. Resorcinol -formaldehyde and methylene  vulcanize  rapidly  under  vulcanizing  temperature..  Good bonding performance makes the adhesive strength between the material and fiber or wire much higher.   Thus it can improve durability of the tire.

• It is suggested to add in the second stage of mixing; the amount should not exceed 3%--

[Packing and Storage]

It’ s packaging by double layer of kraft paper bag with a middle layer of plastic film，and the inner is the PE plastic bag. The weight is generally 25kgs, The resin must be stored in cool ventilated and dry place(below 25℃)， to avoid direct sunlight and away from the heat source. In the storage and transportation, when contact heat or

water, with time, the resin is going lo agglomerate with deeper color. The product is valid over 1 year
