Usage scope
Machine oil purifier is used to process and regenerate unqualified hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, refrigeration oil, anti-wear hydraulic oil, heat transfer oil, quenching oil, cleaning oil, anti-rust oil and other high-precision oil products (phosphate ester fire-resistant oil is made of stainless steel) .

Working site
Instructions for use
Machine oil purifier is equipped with a pressure protector, usually set at 0.4MPA. When the filter pressure reaches 0.4MPA, the equipment will brake and stop to protect the safe operation of the equipment. The filter screen of the primary filter should be removed and cleaned frequently to keep it clean to avoid blockage and cause insufficient oil intake or high pressure. When it is found that the oil intake of the oil filter becomes small, it means that the impurities in the filter screen of the primary filter have increased, and it needs to be cleaned immediately. During operation, pay attention to whether the operating noise of the pump and the corresponding motor is normal. If any abnormality is found, it should be eliminated immediately to avoid burning the motor or affecting the life of the oil pump. When the machine is not in use, drain the vacuum pump oil and inject new oil.
