Color composite inflatable protective wire for oil field casing
Composite inflatable wire protector is a device used for protecting drilling and production equipment, aimed at reducing consumption and lowering operating costs. It consists of a pneumatic tire and an outer shell, which is made of polyurethane or steel die-casting technology and has properties such as firm adhesion, beautiful appearance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The inflatable protective wire is installed at the end of the casing to protect the threads of the casing during drilling and well repair operations. In addition, the design of the inflatable protective wire also includes a solid layer, an inflation layer, an inflation nozzle, and a deflation nozzle. The solid layer is fixed above the inflation layer and has a groove and through-hole design. The deflation nozzle achieves simple and fast deflation through a specially designed structure.
This type of protective wire is not only used to protect the threads of drilling and production equipment, but also suitable for various occasions that require quick packaging of casing buckles, to avoid damage to the casing during loading, unloading, and transportation.
Inflatable protective wire can be divided into three materials:
Low temperature resistant material: capable of being used within a temperature range of -40 to 80 degrees Celsius.
Normal temperature material: suitable for a temperature range of -20 to 100 degrees Celsius.
High temperature resistant material: capable of being used within a temperature range of -20 to 150 degrees Celsius.
