HXGN15-12 unit type metal closed ring switchgear (referred to as ring switchgear) is a new type of high voltage switchgear designed and manufactured by our company according to the needs of urban power grid transformation and construction. In the power supply system can be used to break the load current and short circuit current and close the short circuit current. The cabinet is equipped with a vacuum load switch, the operating mechanism is a spring operated mechanism, which can be manually operated or electrically operated, and the ground switch is equipped with a manual operating mechanism. The ring network cabinet has the advantages of simple mechanism, convenient operation, strong complete set, small size, no danger of combustion and explosion, and reliable "five prevention" function.
Main purpose:
HXGN15-12 unit type metal closed ring network cabinet switchgear is suitable for AC 50Hz, 12kV power distribution system, widely used in urban power grid construction and transformation projects, industrial and mining enterprises, institutions, buildings and public facilities, etc. As a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment, it plays the role of electric energy distribution, control and protection of electrical equipment, and can also be installed in box-type substation.
Product features:
Ring network cabinet adopts FZN type high voltage vacuum load switch or VS1 circuit breaker, and uses vacuum switch to break fault and overload current. Switch cabinet consists of load switch or isolation switch, vacuum circuit breaker, grounding switch, and interlock with cabinet door according to certain procedures, which can effectively prevent misoperation;
Vacuum switch cabinet, equipped with electric spring energy storage operating mechanism can realize fast closing and opening operation, and can be equipped with a certain protection relay according to user requirements;
Fuse combination electrical cabinet, fuse tube with firing pin, short circuit case, the firing pin impact tripping mechanism, to achieve fast breaking, can effectively protect electrical equipment, the main scheme for the incoming cabinet and outlet cabinet;
Electric operation, FTU: Use a special voltage transformer to take power to the operating mechanism and FTU to provide power and measure protection voltage models. Professional batteries and charging modules are installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply of operating power and FTU. Remote automated monitoring can be achieved.

The series product is a complete set of power distribution equipment which combines medium voltage switchgear, transformer and low voltage power distribution equipment according to a certain wiring scheme.
This series of pre-installed substation is suitable for 12kV, rated frequency of 50Hz three-phase AC system, capacity configuration in residential areas below 1600kVA, commercial buildings, hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary construction sites, suitable for ring network power supply, also suitable for radiating terminal power supply.
