LX type single girder electrical overhead traveling crane is suitable for places where the height from the track surface of the factory and warehouse buildings to the lower chord of the roof truss does not exceed 500 mm.
The lifting mechanism of this type overhead crane is CD/MD electric hoist to load and unload with flexible structure and safely traveling.
Control methods:
LX type Suspension single girder electric overhead mobile crane is generally used in warehouse with low headroom,So ,cabin control is not suitable for this type crane. Pendant line button control and wireless remote control are main control ways.

Product configuration:
LX type single girder overhead crane mainly includes four parts:mental structure part(main beam and end beam,sometimes including traveling tracks),trolley and crane traveling mechanism,electrical control part and lifting mechanism.

The traveling of electric wire rope hoist and crane is controlled separately;and traveling motors adopts soft-start squirrel cage with disc-brake;The traveling speed of them is about 20 or 30m/min.

4.Hoisting Mechanism:The hoisting motor adopts a large starting torque conical rotor Squirrel cage motor with disc brake; the hoisting mechanism uses CD/MD electric wire rope hoist;
(1)The hoisting mechanism of the electric hoist mainly includes a motor, a coupling, a reel, a reducer, and a hook;
(2)The trolley traveling mechanism is composed of an electric trolley, a traveling motor, a traveling reducer, and a driven trolley;
(3)The electrical device of the hoist is controlled by electricity,it is composed of a box and a limiter, including a button switch, and the operating voltage of the button switch is 36V.
