Daily maintenance: including cleaning the soil, dust, plants, grains, and other debris inside and outside the harvester, checking all filters, radiator fins, etc. to ensure they are clean and free of debris. Regular inspection: including checking the engine fuel supply time, valve clearance, etc., to ensure that there are no problems. For important components such as the cutter assembly and threshing device, the thickness and wear of the blade edge, the height of the moving blade teeth should be checked, and the threshing clearance and drum speed should be adjusted to maintain high threshing efficiency and productivity.
Lubrication and rust prevention: Regularly apply lubricating oil to the relevant parts of the harvester to make up for the loss and ensure sufficient lubrication. For internal lubrication of the engine, the machine can be started once a month to maintain sufficient internal lubrication. At the same time, metal corrosion should be avoided. Remove the protective cover of the equipment, and remove any residue from the cutting table, conveying chamber, drum, engine, and other areas. Then, run the machine for about 8 minutes to remove any residue, and clean the outside of the machine with clean water
Training and qualifications. The personnel operating the harvester should receive technical training and obtain corresponding operation certificates.
Maintenance and inspection. Before driving, the machine should be maintained and inspected to ensure that all components are functioning properly.
Safety in homework. During the homework process, attention should be paid to the safety of personnel around the machine to avoid injury accidents.
Troubleshooting. In the event of a malfunction, the vehicle should be stopped immediately and the problem should be resolved before resuming work.
Transfer and transportation. During the transfer or transportation process, it is necessary to ensure that the machine is in good technical condition and comply with relevant safety driving rules.
