Oil-resistant rubber joint properties:

4. Good flexibility, lined with chloroprene rubber and nitrile rubber two materials. According to the different needs of the pipeline, although chloroprene rubber has poor low temperature resistance, it is very suitable for transporting high temperature oil or gas within 100 ° C. The NBR has strong low temperature resistance and good wear resistance to the crystals formed by water in the low temperature oil pipeline.

1, oil-resistant rubber joint connection flange according to the "national general water supply and drainage standard Atlas", other according to HG/T2289-92.
2, DN350-600(2) type working pressure is 1.6MPa, DN32-400(3) type working pressure is 2.5MPa.
3. The working pressure of DN700-DN1200 is 1.0MPa, the working pressure of DN1400 is 0.6MPa, the working pressure of DN1600-DN1800 is 0.4MPa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6MPa. The working pressure of DN2000 is 0.25MPa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6MPa pressure.
