Product Description:
Euro design double girder bridge crane 450t VFD speed control
The European design double girder overhead crane is a more widely used lifting machine, which is mainly composed of a box bridge, lifting electric winch trolley, trolley running mechanism and electrical control system. Generally,the pick-up device is the hook.
A track is laid above the main girder for the crane trolley to move laterally in the direction of the main girder. The main beam is welded to the box-shaped end beam, which is arranged with joints in the middle and bolted or pinned for the bridge to be split and transported.
The operation mode has three types of operation: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and driver's cab. There are two types of cabs, open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulated mats on the floor and toughened glass in the windows.
Also, The crane can be equipped with motor grabs, electromagnetic suction cups and other pick-up devices to meet the needs of lifting many types of materials.
The cranes are suitable for loading and unloading in factories, warehouses and yards where the ambient temperature is -20°C to 50°C and the relative humidity is not greater than 85%, and are not allowed to work in flammable, explosive or corrosive atmospheres.
