Qorvo Tier 1 Distributor QPF4750 5 - 7 GHz Wi-Fi 6E Medium Power Front-End Module

The Qorvo QPF4750 is an ultra-wideband, mid-power front-end module (FEM) designed for Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) systems. This FEM uses ultra-wideband amplifier technology to create an easy-to-use and extremely compact solution for Wi-Fi applications requiring operation on any channel within the 2GHz bandwidth of U-NII1-8. The small size and integrated matching minimize the layout area in the application.

Performance focuses on optimizing the PA for a 5 V supply voltage, thereby saving power while maintaining linear output power and leading throughput. Receive path matching technology maximizes receive sensitivity by maintaining consistent noise figure performance under various conditions.

Includes integrated chip-level filtering for second and third harmonics, and 2.4 GHz rejection for DBDC operation. For application feedback, a DC power detector is integrated into the package to provide a proportional voltage for a given output power in the transmit path. The QPF4750 integrates a 5 - 7 GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole double throw switch (SP2T) and bypass low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
