Filter Press
Filter Press is a kind of mechanical dewatering equipment which uses special filter mediums to exert certain pressure on the solid liquid mixture to make the liquid filtering out.
It relies on a co mpaction device to compact the filter plate, and then uses material pump to presses the suspensions/ wasterwater pump into the filter chamber. When the wastewater passes through the filter plates the discharge system and the filter medium retain the solid particulates. The wastewater slurry is continually fed into the system until all the water is squeezed out. The remaining solids form a dry cake and are collected in a basin prior to disposal.
The structure of the whole machine is simple and the separation effect is good.It is easy to use and has a wide range of
