Due to the lightweight of the triangular track walking device and no special requirements for the vehicle chassis, it can quickly achieve the exchange of tires and track wheels. Therefore, applying it to engineering emergency repair equipment can enhance the vehicle's adaptability to harsh environments and expand the equipment's operating range. This article focuses on the development of a triangular track wheel walking device for a 50 type loader applied to backbone engineering emergency repair equipment. Based on the research of replaceable triangular track wheel technology, combined with the practical application requirements of engineering repair equipment, this article first designs a scheme for the triangular track walking device applied to a 50 type loader, determines the structural layout and component composition of the walking device.
