The connection mode of the flange on both sides of the double-flanged loose limit expansion joint pipe can be connected with the valve when installed on the pipe, which not only compensates the expansion amount of the pipe but also provides convenience for the maintenance of the valve. B2F type double flanged loose limit expansion joint is suitable for connecting both sides with flanges, adjusting the connection length between the two ends of the product and the flange during installation, tightening the gland bolt evenly in turn, and then adjusting the limit nut, so that the pipeline can be freely expanded within the expansion range, locking the expansion amount, and ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline.
In operation, the reverse axial thrust can be transmitted to the entire pipeline. It can reduce the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected part and compensate the installation error of the pipeline. The double flanged force transfer joint cannot absorb the axial displacement. The double flange force transfer joint is mainly used for the connection of the loose sleeve connection of the turning pipe of the pump, valve and other accessories.
