Features

1. The inner cavity of the body and bonnet, the outer surface of the gate plate and the stem directly in contact with the medium are all lined with corrosion-resistant materials. The corrosion-resistant lining layer selected has excellent corrosion resistance according to the working conditions of the medium, which can effectively resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc., and prolong the service life of the valve.

2. The valve stem and gate plate adopt an integrated design, the change of medium pressure has little impact on this structure, and this structure can improve the safety of valve service.

3. The flexible ram can compensate the wedge Angle deviation between the sealing surface of the plate and the sealing surface of the seat, with good anastomosis and ideal sealing effect.

4. The fluorine-lined gate valve is Bi-directional seal, and the medium can pass through the gate valve from both sides of the valve in any direction . When the medium passes through the body cavity, it does not disturb the flow and does not reduce the pressure.

5. The valve body channel is direct flow, the medium does not change its flow direction when flowing through the gate valve, and the molding process of the fluorine valve makes the lining layer surface of the valve body cavity smooth, which has lower flow resistance and higher flow capacity.
