Main Features:

This series of light detector adopts high-resolution industrial camera, which magnifies the inspected object more than tens of times, making the visibility of foreign objects to be more clear.

It can detect broken glass slices, aluminum flakes, rubber slags, hair, fiber and other foreign bodies above 40μm in sterile liquid online to ensure that unqualified products are removed accurately.

There is the the independent intellectual property authorization of software.

The bottle cap and bottle head are detected by 3 cameras, therefore the detection effect is better.

Before the bottles go into the detection turntable, the unqualified products of the bottle head are removed to prevent the broken bottles in the detection turntable ,due to cracks in the bottle head, which will be affecting the detection.

Menu grading system, only set and modify works of the parameters must be done by the administrator, avoiding the possibility of mis-operation;

The image of unqualified products will be saved, which is convenient for users to analyze the existing problems, in order to improve the process, and has the function of online detection image playback, which is convenient for online monitoring;
