1、 Preparation work before disassembly
Before disassembling the compressor, sufficient preparation work should be done first. 5. Disassemble the static ring: Gently remove the static ring from the shaft, and also pay attention to keeping the static ring clean and intact.
6. Clean the shaft seal chamber: Use cleaning agent and a clean cloth to wipe the inside of the shaft seal chamber, ensuring that there are no impurities and pollutants.
3、 Replace with a brand new shaft seal 534M0163G02
1. Install the static ring: Gently place the static ring of the brand new shaft seal 534M0163G02 in the corresponding position of the shaft seal chamber, ensuring its installation is smooth and without deviation.
2. Install the moving ring: Place the moving ring above the stationary ring and secure it to the shaft using positioning screws. During the fixation process, it is necessary to ensure a good fit between the moving and stationary rings, without any gaps or misalignment.
