This blender series have the characteristics of universal round plate turbine blender.The difference is the change of the leave's section shape,as to increase the pump transferring capability of the blender,improve the performance of dispersion and media.The operation condition is the same with the universal round plate turbine blender.
Flow state:The flat blade impeller and curved blade impeller are radial flow.When there is baffle,the upper and down circulating flows can be formed from the blade boundary.The opposite pitched subsidiary blade impeller has an axial shunt.The capacity mixing of liquid above and below the disc is worse than the open turbine impeller.
