1 Test solar cell efficiency:

3 Automatic welding solar cell:

4 Automatic layup:

5 Cutting EVA/TPT
according to the solar panel size to cut the EVA and TPT in the designed size. Automatic EVA / TPT Cutter Optional
6 Online busbar ribbon welding

7 Visual inspect

8 Defect check:

10 Trimming:

13 Glue:

14 Install junction box
