Process of Making Solar Panels:

1 Test   solar cell efficiency:

2 Cut Complete solar cell into small pieces.

This machine use to produce small solar panel from 3w-140w.

3 Automatic  welding solar cell:

Except manual welding, you can also use the Automatic machine welding solar cell to string solar cell. Automatic   Solar cell tabber stringer  

4 Automatic  layup:

Automatic layup the string cells from the tabber stringer. Automatic Layup  

5 Cutting   EVA/TPT

according to the solar panel size to cut the EVA and TPT in the designed size. Automatic EVA  / TPT Cutter Optional

6 Online busbar   ribbon welding

Lay up the EVA and TPT,   Manual welding the busbar ribbon Online busbar ribbon   welding station  

7 Visual   inspect

Check the   dirty for the Raw materials by the mirrors Visual   Inspection Work station  

8 Defect check:

uses the EL tester machine to identify micro-cracks, broken finger wires, and other invisible defects in solar modules. Automatic EL Defect  Tester  

9 Lamination:

After EL tester checks the defects, use solar panel Laminate the raw material into solar panel. Automatic Solar  panel laminator  

10 Trimming:

When the Solar panel gets cooling after coming out from laminator, It need Cutting the edges, we call   Trimming Trimming worktable  

11 Glue

Use sealant to   glue up on aluminum frame Air glue gun  

12 Framing:

Use the framing machine   to install the aluminum frame Online Semi-automatic   solar panel Framing Machine  

13 Glue:

Fill the  sealant to aluminum alloy after framing Air gun  

14 Install   junction box

Glue the junction box and install it on the solar panel. Manual  

15 IV   Test:

Use the solar panel tester to test the finished solar panel Electrical performance test   like power, current etc and record Solar Panel  Tester/
