Product features:
The V-shaped high-efficiency filter produced by our company is a V-bed type medium to high efficiency filter. This product is designed and developed specifically for achieving high air flow requirements under low resistance.
Under the initial resistance of 250Pa, the wind speed can reach 2.5m/s (i.e. 500fpm)
The filter material used is imported ultra-fine glass fiber, which is folded and formed by non partition technology and placed in a V-shaped frame.
Features:
The V-shaped high-efficiency filter has the following characteristics compared to the traditional type with partition and high air volume
◎ Longer lifespan, the unfolded area of the filter material is twice that of the traditional type, and a larger filter material area can provide a longer service life.
Improving filtration efficiency, due to the increase in the area of the filter material, the filtration rate can be reduced, making it very easy for high-efficiency products to reach 99 99% at 0.3um
At lower operating costs and the same air volume, the initial resistance of the traditional model is 1.3 times that of the LV series, so the LV series will bring energy-saving effects.
