Bag filter characteristics:
The bag filter is constructed with a galvanized iron or aluminum alloy outer frame;
A metal strip is fixed between each filter bag to increase strength and prevent the filter bag from breaking due to wind shear friction at high wind speeds;
Each filter bag has six partitions evenly distributed within the bag width to prevent excessive expansion of the filter bag when subjected to wind pressure, shielding each other, and reducing the effective filtration area and efficiency;
Each edge of the filter bag is fused using ultrasonic method, which has good airtightness and bonding strength, and does not produce air leakage or cracking;
Made with ultra-fine synthetic fibers and special weaving methods, to avoid the discomfort that old-fashioned fiberglass materials may cause to the human body;
◎ The filter material contains electrostatic fiber, which has a particularly good filtering efficiency for submicron dust, high dust collection capacity, high dust load, high permeability, and long service life;
There are six types of bag filters with efficiencies of G4, F5, F6, F7, F8, and F9, including 35%, 45%, 65%, 85%, 95%, and 98%.
Bag filter screen usage:
Clean Room, the second level filtration of the clean system;
Hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, electronics factories, and paint spraying rooms require high levels of clean air filtration systems;
General building air filtration equipment, high-efficiency filter front stage filtration.
