Usage:

The roof filter cotton is specially designed for spray painting system, and the end of the spray painting workshop is finely filtered, which is a prerequisite for high-value paint baking process and high-quality paint baking;

Installed in assembly vehicles or paint and baking workshops as a ceiling filter cotton. The spray paint installed in the surface repair department and the ceiling of the paint baking room serve as the final air supply filter cotton for ventilation equipment. Installed in production workshops and paint spraying rooms that require high gloss and high equipment polishing treatment products as the final air supply filter cotton;

To properly use the roof filter cotton and ensure the quality of the paint, the following precautions must be taken:

When replacing the product, first remove the air inlet, ceiling, and bottom plate filter, carefully clean the ventilation pipes, dark corners, and areas prone to dust accumulation, then close the paint room door and open the fan to air blow for about 1 hour. When installing the filter cotton, there should be no gaps between the filter material, the frame, and the surrounding area. First, install the filter cotton on the ceiling and air inlet, turn on the fan to air blow for about 4 hours, then perform another cleaning work, and then install the floor cotton before use.
