GWELL PP/PS/PE Sheet Production Line:Adopting co-extrusion technology of multiple extruders, it produces multi-layer co-extruded composite PP, PS and PE sheets, such as ABA, ABCBA, ABCDCBA and other multi-layer structures, which are widely used in thermoforming, printing, hardware packaging, electronic trays, flocking, foodstuffs, garments, tools, toys, stationery sheets, decorative sheets and so on.

Equipped with precision dispenser, uniform layering, adjustable ratio of each layer, digital and accurate control. Inclined horizontal pressing structure, more convenient operation and maintenance. Independent power of rollers, synchronous closed-loop control of line speed and extruder speed. The whole machine adopts PLC control to achieve automatic control of parameter setting, data operation and feedback, alarm and other functions.
