The self-cleaning filter uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in the water, remove suspended solids and particulate matter in the water, reduce turbidity, purify the water quality, and redce the generation of system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc., to purify the water quality and protect other equipment in the system. Working precision equipment, water enters the self-cleaning filter body from the water inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send a signal to the drain valve to automatically discharge the entire sewage.
1. Fully automatic operation: After setting the data once, BTDS can automatically detect the inlet and outlet pressure difference, automatically clean the filter, and automatically discharge sewage, making it truly unattended.
2. Accurate and reliable: The core component of BTDS - the differential pressure controller is imported from an imported brand and has the advantages of accurate measurement and reliable control, eliminating the phenomenon of equipment not working or shutting down due to measurement and control errors.
3. Reasonable configuration: Use the electric butterfly valve as the drain valve to solve the problem of loose valve closing and unstable quality. It can also avoid the impact of excessive system pressure caused by the solenoid valve opening too fast.
4. Advanced design: BTDS absorbs Israel's advanced automatic filtration technology and adopts a unique dual structure of brushing and sucking, which can completely remove dirt.
5. Multiple self-protection: The controller is equipped with working time limit protection. When a fault occurs and the filter is clogged with a large number of non-removable foreign matter, resulting in excessive pressure loss and the filter is always in a cleaning and sewage discharge state, the continuous cleaning time can be set arbitrarily.
6. Careful processing: Strict quality assurance system, strict organization and careful processing make BTDS have leading quality and service life, more than 15 years for the main machine and more than 20 years for the auxiliary machine.
