FREE-VALVE’s UPVC Swing Check Valve Flanged are swing type and have a plastic disc that swings about a hinge pin or shaft, installed in the piping system, their main function is to prevent medium from flowing backwards, the valves are normally designed for horizontal flow condition, but can also be installed in vertical pipeline, the flow should be in upwards direction and under the disc.This series of check valves is widely used in pipeline transmission lines with corrosive media.
Features
1. The eccentric mounted hinge pin in combination with the disc seat guarantees a positive shut off of the returning medium.
2. Bolt bonnet provides easy access to the disc and hinge pin without removing the valve from the pipeline in case of maintenance.
3. Disc nut secures the disc to the hinge and allows the disc to rotate about pin axis and assist in tight shut off.
4. Engineering plastic series check valve using RPP, PVDF, CPVC, UPVC and other corrosion resistant thermoplastic injection molding, has a strong corrosion resistance.According to the selection of different materials according to the medium, the use temperature of RPP is -14 ~ 100°C, the use temperature of PVDF is -40 ~ 135°C, and the use temperature range of UPVC is -10 ~ 60°C.
5. Fasteners can be made of engineering plastics in contact with the medium, so that the valve is more corrosion resistant.
6. Low liquid flow resistance, the inner wall of plastic molding products is smooth, and the friction coefficient is small.
7. Excellent chemical properties: this product, tasteless, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wide range of use.

Application:
FREE-VALVE’s UPVC Swing Check Valve Flanged are designed to prevent the reverse flow of medium automatically,the valve disc automatically opens under the action of fluid pressure, and the medium flows from the inlet port to the outlet port. When the inlet port pressure is lower than the outlet port pressure, the valve disc will be automatically closed under the fluid pressure difference and dead weight condition,which to prevent the flow back,This series of check valves is widely used in pipeline transmission lines with corrosive media.
